southern and eastern european have black hair. the farther north you go, the blonder the hair. that's EVOLUTION!

yes. It might be because of dominant and recessive genes in the dna. im not good in science but i have learnt that one of those genes doesn't show up unless they have the same pairs n if the gene in your dad's dna match up with the one in your mum's dna, it shows up in your dna and you can have different characteristics than your parents.
I know a half Italian, half Northern European girl with natural black hair.


She looks white, and has black hair. She's fully European.
