Why is that Im latino(Salvadorean desent) with Natural black hair?

But I Find Red and blonde hairs all over a few parts of my body? why is that i pick them out but they grow back, so Im sure that its just not stuck on or anything.Why is that Im latino(Salvadorean desent) with Natural black hair?

I'm half Salvadorean(and half black) and I have natural black hair too; also I have little blond hairs that grow out of parts of my body as well. Well, I don't know what to tell you, perhaps your hair is dark cause Salvadoreans are more mixed with native blood than european? As for the red and blond hair, that probably goes to show how mixed you probably are(with caucasian), cause all hispanics are mixed.
