I have heard people say that the asian ';black'; hair is just really dark brown because when you look at it from the sun, it is brown. but if you look at this situation scientifically, the light makes your hair reflect a different color. That's all. So is it really black or brown?
They say the same with eyes too.Is natural black hair really just dark brown?
Yeah I actually heard that too, that no one actually has black hair (i actually read it on a question here a couple days ago). Apparently its true, but im not for sureIs natural black hair really just dark brown?
There is black hair, without the exposure of being near the sea shore (it dehydrates the hair), or the exposure of the sun which also dries the hair which makes it more lighter.
But, to be honest, the black hair just has a lot of pigmentation, but it is really just dark, dark brown. That's why when Asians mix with Caucasians, their children have light to dark brown hair, because it's part of their genes. Basically, you cannot have dark brown hair unless the Asian partner's genes has brown hair genes, but they do which is why it is likely to have children of mixed heritage of Caucasian (with blonde, red, or light brown hair) to have coloured hair.
For instance, RED HEAD + ASIAN BLACK HEAD = LIGHT BROWN-RED
DARK BROWN + ASIAN BLACK = DARK, DARK BROWN
LIGHT BROWN + ASIAN BLACK = MED BROWN.
BLOND + ASIAN BLACK = LIGHT/SANDY BROWN/DARK BROWN
