i don't want to bleach it but i want the green to show up. i just want like my tips like a lime green. may sound crazy but o well.How would i dye my natural black hair a different color like a bright green?

if you have black hair you have to bleach it first. any color you go with is going to be lighter and it wont show up over the dark so it needs to be lighter than the color you chose
You have to bleach it first, and you do NOT want to mix bleach with black hair by yourself- go to a salon and save yourself some major grief!
